Twin Cities Zine Fest loves July because it's International Zine Month. Friends and Supporters, tag us on social media @tczinefest and use #TCZFJuly23 to show off your zine projects and we'll try to feature them in our stories.

Kalamazoo Zine Fest takes place August 5th, 2023 at Park Trades Center in Kalamazoo, MI.
Artist Emily Mehr is running a workshop at East Lake Library about sharing your work and connecting with others through zines. Aug. 9th, 5:30 pm. Free. Pre-register. Here's the full description: "Participants create practical plans for sharing their work and connecting to fellow artists and members of the community through zines. We will talk about zine fests; how to reach out, establish and maintain connections; meetups; and helpful library resources (such as these workshops!)"
Guess what? Insert Name Zine Fest is back again, on August 12, 2023. It'll be held from 12-5pm at Squirrel Haus Arts in Minneapolis.
Get together with other zine-makers and work on whatever you want at Hennepin County Library's monthly Zine Club (Hosmer location). Next get-together: Aug. 20, noon-2pm. Just drop in! Bring your own supplies if you want, but materials will also be provided.
The third annual Zinecinnati Zine Fest takes place on Sept. 9th, 2023 in Cincinnati, OH.
This in-person zine fest takes place in Olympia, WA on Sunday, Sept. 10th, 2023.
The first annual Midwest Queer and Trans Zine Fest will be held October 21st and 22nd at Open Book in Minneapolis. Applications are open until July 31st.
Portland Zine Symposium (October 28 & 29) is accepting applications until July 21st. This is an in-person event, but there will be some virtual programming.
