Spam emails
We recently recently received word that someone has been spamming zine-related email lists with offers to share lists of the email addresses of TCZF exhibitors or attendees. You should know that we don’t share emails with anyone so this is just typical spam nonsense—just delete that email if it’s sent to you. We’ll see you at the zine fest festivities next weekend!!

TCZF 2018 registration
Exhibitor registration for TCZF 2018 is now closed. Thanks to all who applied; we’ll be letting all applicants know their status by June 20th.
Registration information:
Applications for exhibitors will open at Saturday May 12 (noon Central) and close Saturday June 2 (midnight Central).
There will be a very limited number of full-size tables (6 feet) available for distros. We ask that you only request a full-size table if you have a large amount of material to sell. Most exhibitors will receive a space at a half table (3 feet).
The TCZF organizers will be reviewing applications and selecting participants (as opposed to a first-come, first-served registration). Applicants will be selected on a variety of factors including type of zine and identification as LGBTQIA, race/ethnicity, age (encouraging participation by those 21 or under), and newness to zine-making (encouraging new zinesters to participate). This process will ensure that we have a diverse range of zines and zinesters exhibiting.
Those who are not initially selected will be added to a wait list. Everyone who completes the registration form will receive an email by Wednesday June 20 letting you know whether you have a spot or if you’ve been placed on the wait list.

TCZF budget items
We’re incredibly grateful that TCZF 2018 will be free for exhibitors as well as visitors! We can make this happen through the generosity of our venue, Hennepin County Library, who is providing the space for this year’s fest for free.
That said, we still have some costs, including:
- website domain & hosting
- print costs for postcards, posters, and other promotional material
- ad costs for promoting via selected local newspapers
- upfront costs for creating TCZF merchandise
- stipends for our poster artist as well as speakers & workshop leaders at the fest
So please consider making a voluntary donation to support TCZF. We are suggesting $10-20, but we’re grateful for any support you can provide! Donations can be made via Paypal at paypal.me/TCZF or feel free to get in touch for other ways to donate.
